With a diverse background spanning technology, energy innovation, and operational leadership, Devon brings years of experience managing complex projects, implementing scalable systems, and turning emerging technologies into practical, real-world solutions. His career reflects a deep commitment to transforming how people move, power, and live in a cleaner, smarter future.

Under his leadership, Ohmic Charge has evolved from a bold idea into a growing platform empowering everyday people to take part in the electric revolution. Devon’s approach blends strategic insight, data-driven decision-making, and community impact, ensuring that every charge moves us closer to a sustainable tomorrow.

Brandon Northington, a Hampton University and Florida A&M University graduate, brings to Ohmic Charge a deep blend of operational leadership, strategic execution and a strong commitment to delivering lasting impact. As COO, Brandon spearheads the company’s end-to-end operations—spanning charger host onboarding, driver experience, tech platform integration, data insights and scalable growth initiatives—ensuring that Ohmic runs with precision and purpose.

Before joining Ohmic Charge, Brandon built his career driving impactful results in mission-driven environments. He brings hands-on experience in orchestrating large-scale operational frameworks, aligning cross-functional teams and embedding efficiency as a cornerstone of growth. His leadership is characterized by a focus on optimizing systems, enhancing performance metrics and enabling teams to deliver high-quality outcomes at speed.

At Ohmic Charge, Brandon partners closely with founder/CEO Devon Brown, translating strategic vision into operational reality. He ensures that every operational touchpoint—from the host’s first charger listing to the driver’s seamless plug-in experience—runs on robust, measurable processes. His ethos is to make every interaction smooth, scalable and aligned to the clean-energy mission.

Asia Brown, a graduate of University of Maryland - Baltimore County and Bowie State University, brings a depth of human-resources and organizational leadership experience that underpins the operational foundation of Ohmic Charge. With a career spanning roles such as Branch Chief at the Department of the Navy, HR Specialist at the Department of Commerce, and HR Generalist at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, Asia has developed a keen ability to align people-centered processes with scalable growth execution.

At Ohmic Charge, Asia oversees the administrative functions that enable the company’s platform to operate smoothly and sustainably—from talent acquisition and HR systems to compliance, internal culture and operational infrastructure. Her background in complex, regulated environments equips her to build and maintain the policies, workflows and teams that support Ohmic’s host-and-driver ecosystem.

Asia’s strategic focus is on creating an organizational culture where people are empowered, aligned and supported—so that the entire Ohmic community (hosts, drivers, partners, and internal teams) thrives. Her leadership helps ensure that as the company scales, its internal operations remain agile, inclusive and grounded in best-practice HR and administrative frameworks.

Towanda Brown, a graduate of University of Maryland Eastern Shore, brings to Ohmic Charge a deep and proven background in program management, systems development and cross-functional leadership—making her a driver of product excellence and user-centric innovation.

With years of experience leading programs that integrate people, process and technology, Towanda has honed a strategic approach to building products that scale, delight users and align with business outcomes. She’s skilled at translating high-level vision into clear roadmaps, working closely with engineering, design, operations and customer teams to bring ideas from concept to launch and refinement.

In her role as CPO at Ohmic Charge, Towanda is responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle: defining the host and driver experience, prioritizing feature backlogs, aligning technology architecture with market needs, and driving adoption and feedback loops. Her ability to bring structure to innovation ensures that Ohmic’s platform remains agile, reliable and tuned to the real-world charging ecosystem.

What sets Towanda apart is her persistent focus on operationalizing product strategy—closing the gap between what users need, what the business can deliver, and how the platform can support growth while maintaining quality and performance. Her leadership makes sure that every product decision is measured, meaningful and moving the company toward its mission.

James Davie, Jr. serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Ohmic Charge, where he oversees the company’s fiscal strategy, capital allocation, and long-term financial planning. A proud graduate of Hampton University with a degree in Finance, James brings a rigorous analytical framework to the EV infrastructure landscape.

Before joining the Ohmic Charge executive team, James served as a Real Estate Planner for the City of New York. Managing complex projects within one of the world’s most demanding urban environments allowed him to master the intersection of public policy, large-scale infrastructure, and fiscal responsibility.

James now leverages these lessons to drive Ohmic Charge’s growth. His background in urban planning provides him with a unique "site-to-spreadsheet" perspective—allowing him to translate the physical complexities of hardware deployment into sustainable financial models. By bridging the gap between urban logistics and corporate finance, James ensures that Ohmic Charge’s expansion is not only rapid but fiscally resilient.
